On-Site Headshots & Team Photography
We bring the studio to you. A full lighting setup, white background, and professional equipment installed in your office so your team gets updated headshots without losing a half day to travel and scheduling.
The $350 callout gets us on-site with full lighting and equipment. From there, it isn't a fixed package, it's a menu. Mix and match whatever your team actually needs: individual headshots, a couple of duos, group shots, portraits at people's desks, even some casual content for social media. A heads-up on what you're after before we arrive just means we show up with the right gear already in the van.

On-Site Callout & Setup
$350
Travel, lighting setup, white background setup, and studio-style photography equipment brought to your office. This is what gets us there, everything else is chosen separately.
Individual Headshots
$49 per person, per photo
Each team member is photographed individually on a clean white background with basic posing guidance and professional editing. You're not locked into one shot per person. If someone wants two or three final images instead of one, each is $49.
Duo Headshots
$79 per photo
Two people posed together at the same station, for partners, co-founders, or a manager and direct report who need one shot together rather than two separate headshots. Priced above the individual rate for the extra editing a two-person composition takes.
Group Photos
$125 per group photo
Three or more people photographed together at one setup, using professional lighting.
Environmental Portraits
$89 to $125 per person
A portrait at someone's desk, workstation, or counter instead of the white backdrop. Still reads as professional, but it's lit differently, desk lamps, monitor glow, window light, balanced with portable flash. The rate depends on the lighting setup required. Offices with challenging lighting conditions, tight spaces, or multiple light sources may need additional setup time.
Casual & Social Content
$115 flat, up to 20 minutes
For the just-for-fun shots, candid moments in the break room, a goofy group pose, a few frames for the company Instagram. Same reason as Environmental Portraits: it's shot in whatever light is actually in the room, not at the controlled station.
A heads-up on what you're after when you book, especially for Environmental Portraits or Casual & Social Content, just means we show up with the right gear already in the van instead of improvising on the day.
Additional Locations
The callout fee covers one white-backdrop setup spot. If you'd like that same station running in a second room too, say reception and a boardroom, just give us a heads-up so we plan for it. Additional setups are $50 each.

What to Expect
We set up a clean, professional headshot station at your office and work through your staff one person at a time. Most individual headshots take approximately 5 to 10 minutes per person.
A small meeting room, office, or open area is usually enough space. Access to a standard power outlet is preferred.
Retouching Includes
- Basic skin cleanup
- Blemish removal
- Shine reduction
- Eye and teeth enhancement
- Minor hair cleanup
- Exposure and color correction
Heavy Photoshop manipulation, body reshaping, or extensive clothing edits are not included.
Turnaround
Retouched images are typically delivered within 5–10 business days of the session date, depending on the size of your group. Exact timelines are confirmed when your session is booked.
